Regarding rates and policies for lessons 

Lesson registration fees 

Effective January 2022, our private lesson registration fee is $119.00 per month. Our monthly registration fee entitles the student to a once a week, half hour private lesson. There are no contracts or terms, so students can stop their lessons at the end of any month without penalty. Please give 3 business days notice so we have time to cancel any pre-authorized scheduled payments. 

Our registration fee is based on a flat-rate average, dividing the year into 12 equal payments. 

There are no lessons offered during the Christmas school holidays as well as the March Break. The holiday missed lessons have been factored into our flat rate. Any months where there are 5 lessons received the rate equally does not increase. 

For group or band sessions, students can exchange their half hour private lesson for a one hour group lesson at no extra charge. 

Cancellation policy

In the event that you cannot attend your lesson at it’s regularly scheduled lesson time, we do allow a make-up lesson for cancellations, so long as 24 hours notice ahead of the lesson time has been given. Cancellations can be done through our MyMusicStaff login, by calling the store at 905-476-3712 or emailing accounts@connorsmusic.ca 

It is the responsibility of the family to schedule their missed lesson within 1 year of the missed lesson. We cannot guarantee that the make-up lesson will be with your regular instructor as the schedules may be full. 

Payment Options

We ask students to pay for their lessons in advance of the month. All lessons paid by the first week of the month are eligible for our customer rewards program. Payments that are late are not eligible. You can login to our website, www.connorsmusic.ca, to review if you have earned a $20.00 voucher from your points. 

We offer pre-authorized payments in the following ways; 

• Post-dated cheques (on a date of the month of your choosing)

• Automated Monthly Withdrawal (on the 1st or the 21st of the month)

• Credit Card left on file for monthly billing (on the 1st of the month)

We can also receive payments via eTransfer to ; paul@connorsmusic.ca, by purchasing a one month registration fee from our web-store at www.connorsmusic.ca, or by visiting our location at 201 the Queensway S, Keswick, through regular business hours.
